Just thought I would mention that not only did I finally get rid of most part of my stuffed Care Bears collection, but I decided to use the collectible glasses from Pizza Hut (1983? 1985?) for their given purpose: for drinking out of.
Mark’s glass is sporting Tenderheart Bear (and for those of you who aren’t cool enough to remember which one that is, it’s the one on the left) and my glass has Cheer Bear on it.

I went to the Brass Armadillo last night in Des Moines. Yes. I have no money left this month…but I bought more ceramics in preparation for next week’s Market Day bazaar next Saturday. I figure it’s a good investment as long as I get a few sales out of the deal.
Anyway, here’s a greatest hits of my antiquing adventure last night. I was on a speed shopping trip, only looking for a specific thing, so I probably missed a bunch of stuff.

It wasn't in the best condition...and besides, I wasn't sure if I had this one or not (I don't — I just checked). She's my favorite care bear, so I assumed I did...I have the new version (several in fact). Anybody who wants to make my day and spend 10 bucks...be my guest.
I didn't look at the price on this, but it's the same pillow pal that DJ had on Full House. I used to have one of these guys, but not this one. If I find the one I had, I'm totally getting it.
