I don’t even know what to say, and I’m not in the mood for a bunch of ignorant comments, so all I’m going to say is that I’m seriously disappointed in the people of Maine and have lost even more faith in this country.
Who are we to vote on others’ civil rights?
Might as well go back to the days of segregation and when women sat quietly while their husbands ran the world.

I have a feeling this injustice isn’t going to last very long. Some day we’ll look back on this just like we’re looking back on banned interracial marriages now.
